4. Course Registration and Attendance

4.1 Registration

Course registration is considered complete upon receipt of payment and confirmation from EtNoldecol. All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for program success. If you miss more than two sessions without prior notice, we reserve the right to remove you from the program without refund.

4.3 Rescheduling

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled for individual participants but make-up sessions may be available.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during registration. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payment fees may apply for overdue amounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Student

• Cancellations made 14+ days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• Individual sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required for refund

6.2 Cancellation by EtNoldecol

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or alternative arrangements offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by EtNoldecol are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Course materials and handouts
• Video and audio recordings
• Training methodologies
• Website content
• Proprietary techniques and processes

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our programs.

11. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during training sessions. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation.

12. Recording and Photography

Training sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings. You may not record sessions without explicit permission from all participants and instructors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability
